1. Agreement
By using fngrd you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use fngrd. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Account
You're responsible for your handle, password, and the content you post. Keep your credentials private.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or content that violates third-party rights. We may remove content and accounts at our discretion.
5. fngrd points
Points are an internal gamification feature: non-monetary, non-transferable, no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for goods, services, or money. They may be reset, expired, or removed for abuse.
6. Content licence
You retain ownership of what you post. By posting you grant fngrd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the app and via shareable links.
7. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
fngrd is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fngrd and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
12. Intellectual property
Except for content you post, everything on fngrd — brand names, logos, designs, graphics, text, and product concepts — is owned by or licensed to fngrd and protected by intellectual-property law. Don't use, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written permission.
13. Your feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, fngrd may use, modify, or implement them without owing you compensation and without any confidentiality obligation. We appreciate feedback but can't guarantee attribution or that we'll act on it.
14. Third-party services
The app may link to third-party websites, services, or social platforms. fngrd doesn't control and isn't responsible for their content, policies, or practices — your use of them is governed by their own terms.
