how do you approach saving money?

F01 - we've misunderstood what conviction looks like.

conviction never meant never changing your mind; has always been the opposite. real conviction is being willing to destroy your own ideas before someone else has to. have killed more ideas than i've built; not because they weren't exciting, but because they couldn't survive uncomfortable questions. the hardest part isn't letting go of months of work, but letting go of the version of yourself that wanted that idea to work. ego quietly becomes part of the product. and once that happens, objectivity leaves the room. founders must fall in love less with ideas and more with reality. why? because reality has no obligation to reward effort. only usefulness. the faster you can separate your identity from your hypothesis.....the faster you build something that deserves to exist. #post #conviction #fngrd

Is networking mostly relationship-building or social inequality in nicer clothes?

Networking can open doors through mentorship, referrals, and conversations that never appear on a job description. Yet access to influential rooms, polished confidence, and the right introductions is not equally available to everyone. Is networking simply how opportunity works, or does it reward privilege before merit gets a chance? Cast your vote and share what fairer access would look like. #hottake #debate #india #fngrd

Should influencers disclose when their lifestyle is funded by family money?

A luxury apartment, international holidays, designer wardrobes, and a flexible work life can look like the outcome of personal hustle online. When family wealth makes that lifestyle possible, followers may compare themselves to a version of success they cannot realistically replicate. Does transparency matter when influence is built on aspiration? Vote, then explain what creators owe their audience. #hottake #debate #india #fngrd

Is spending heavily on experiences while you have no savings irresponsible?

Trips, concerts, weddings, and spontaneous plans can create memories that feel worth far more than money in a bank account. But emergencies do not wait for the perfect time, and living entirely for today can make tomorrow much harder. Is it okay to prioritise experiences early in life, or should financial security come first? Pick your view and tell us what balance feels realistic. #hottake #debate #india #fngrd

Should parents expect adult children to contribute financially when they start earning?

For many young adults, the first salary arrives alongside years of family support, rising household costs, and the desire to finally build some independence. Contributing at home can feel like gratitude and shared responsibility, but it can also delay saving, repaying loans, or making early career moves. Is financial support for parents an obligation once you earn, or a choice based on each family鈥檚 situation? Vote, then share where you draw the line. #hottake #debate #india #fngrd

Should India set a public timeline for reducing import dependence in strategic electronics?

Electronics are central to phones, vehicles, energy systems, and defence, yet many components still come from global supply chains. A public timeline could focus investment and accountability, but unrealistic targets may raise costs and invite poor policy choices. Vote for the approach you favour, then explain why. #electronics #manufacturing #supplychains #india

Should India publish simpler district-level data on jobs, wages, and prices?

National averages can hide what people experience in a particular town or district. More local, regularly updated data could improve policy debate and help families, businesses, and job seekers make decisions. Vote on whether this should be a public priority, then share what data you would use. #jobsdata #costofliving #economy #india

Should India have a public strategy for protecting sea routes and energy supplies during global conflicts?

Disruptions around key shipping routes can affect fuel prices, exports, imports, and the everyday cost of goods. A clear public strategy could improve preparedness, though some security details must remain confidential. Vote on what India should prioritise, then share your view. #energysecurity #indianocean #geopolitics #india

Should defence spending put more weight on domestic technology than on faster imports?

India needs capable equipment now, but long-term strategic autonomy depends on local research, manufacturing, maintenance, and skilled jobs. Choosing domestic technology can take time and carry risk, while imports may deliver capability sooner. Should India make it easier for skilled Indian professionals to work abroad temporarily and return?

Mobility agreements can create opportunities, remittances, and global experience for workers. At the same time, India needs enough talent at home in healthcare, research, technology, and education. Vote for the balance you support, then share what would make return pathways attractive. #globaltalent #jobs #migration #india

Should government data used for AI be opened to startups under strict privacy rules?

Public datasets can help Indian researchers and startups build useful tools for health, transport, agriculture, and public services. The opportunity is large, but so are the risks if privacy, consent, or data quality are weak. Vote for the model you support, then explain why. #aiindia #dataprivacy #startups #innovation

Should India tax large digital platforms more if it funds affordable internet and digital public services?

Digital platforms benefit from India's huge online market, while public investment helps connect people and deliver services. A higher tax could support digital inclusion, but it may also affect prices, investment, and innovation. Vote on the approach you support, then share your reasoning. #digitalindia #technology #taxpolicy #startups

Should India aim to settle more international trade in rupees?

Rupee trade can reduce currency risk for some partners and support India's financial influence. It also depends on whether trading partners want to hold and use rupees at scale. Vote for how aggressively India should pursue it, then explain your choice. #rupeetrade #finance #globaleconomy #india

Should India protect sensitive farm sectors even if a trade deal could lower food prices?

Trade agreements can increase choices and reduce costs, but they can also expose farmers to sudden competition and price swings. Should India use more trade deals to secure jobs, not just lower tariffs?

The India-UK trade agreement is now in force, bringing new market access and consumer choices. For many people, the real test is whether trade deals help workers, small firms, and new exporters participate in the gains. Vote for the success measure that matters most, then tell us why. #indiauk #tradedeal #jobs #economy
